We have just concluded our first quarter of the school year.  Please remember to stop back at my room to check on your child’s progress during fall conferences.  Our month of studying the mystery genre’ has drawn to a close.  Our November genre’ will be historical fiction.  The best thing that anyone can do to improve in the area of reading is to PRACTICE.   READ, READ, READ!  As always, if you ever have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
